- ADR – RCA & CAPA
- Clinical pharmacy Quality Indicator – RCA & CAPA
- Guide pharmacy team in SOP preparation & list making of high Risk/LASA etc.
- Medication Safety drive
- Internal audit team member
- Training on Medication Safety Protocols
- Any other Medication Safety audit as per hospital requirement.
- OPD prescription Audit
- Antibiotic stewardship program
- New audit & reporting mechanism for Medication error (Audit of each drug prescribed to patient).
- Process Audit for medication management
- Quality improvement program
