Eligibility Criteria For TNPL Recruitment 2023 :
Educational Qualification :
General Manager Production : Candidates Should be Completed B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp and Paper Technology. (or) Full Time Arts / Science Degree with First Class Full Time Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.
Experience : Minimum 29 years of post qualification experience in a large size continuous process plant, as on 01/02/2023. Should have worked as a head of operations for a minimum period of 2 years in an integrated pulp and paper plant having a high speed paper machine producing printing & writing grade paper. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, coordination and operation of three paper machines, paper converting and finishing section. Should have adequate knowledge on QCS, DCS and Automation systems of latest generation high speed paper machines.
Deputy General Manager (R & D) : Candidates Should be Completed M.Sc. (Chemistry) (or) First class Full time B.E. / B.Tech in Pulp and Paper Technology. (or) Full time Science Degree with First class Full time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.
Experience : Minimum 26 years of post qualification experience as on 01/02/2023 in Research & Development, Process Control, Product Development and Quality Control functions in large integrated Pulp & Paper Mill (or) in a Research Institute / University in the areas related to Pulp & Paper Technology.
Age Limit :
General Manager (Production) : Minimum 49 Years to Maximum 55 Years.
Deputy General Manager (R & D) : Minimum 46 years and maximum 55 years. Age Relaxation is given by Govt Rules.
Pay Scale :
General Manager (Production) – Rs.78800-2370-102500/-
Deputy General Manager (R & D) – Rs.66600-2000-86600/-
Selection Procedure : Candidates will be selected based on the Online Exam, Interview ,Document Verification Conducted By the selection Committee.
