Eligibility Criteria For TNPL Recruitment 2023 :
Educational Qualification :
Executive Director ( Operations ) : Candidates Should be Completed First class full time Graduate in Engineering degree from a recognized University / Institute. (or) Full time Science degree with First class full time post graduate diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology.
Experience : Minimum 32 years of post qualification experience in a large sized Engineering/Process/Manufacturing plant. Should have worked as head of operations for a minimum period of 3 years in a large sized Pulp & Paper industry. Experience may be relaxed upto 3 years in deserving cases.
General Manager ( Finance ) : Candidates Should be Completed Chartered Accountant (CA) (or) Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).
Experience : Should have minimum 29 years of post qualification experience, Should have worked in a senior position in Finance/Accounts Department of a reputed industrial organization / continuous process industry, Should have exposure in Project Finance, Funds Mobilization, Funds Management, Forex Management, Cost Control and Performance Monitoring, Working experience in an ERP environment with exposure to IFRS is preferred. (Post qualification experience will be calculated only after acquiring C.A (or) CMA). Age and Experience may be relaxed upto 2 years in deserving cases.
Age Limit :
Executive Director : Maximum 57 Years.
General Manager Finance : Maximum 55 Years.Age Relaxation is given by govt rules.
Pay Scale :
Executive Director (Operations ) : Rs.100000-3000-130000/-
General Manager (Finance ) : Rs.78800-2370-102500/-
Selection Procedure : Candidates will be selected based on the Interview , Document Verification Conducted By the selection Committee.
