Eligibility Criteria For TANCEM Recruitment 2022 :
Educational Qualification :
General Manager Technical : Candidates Should be Completed Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering Preferable Post Graduate qualification From The Recognized University Or Institution.
Experience : Must possess a total experience of not less than 20 years in the operation of a Cement Plant of which not less than 5 years must be in senior position. Preference will be given to candidates who possess rich project experience in the successful installation and commissioning of large scale dry cement plant or allied industries.
Manager Mechanical : Candidates Should be Completed Degree in Mechanical Engineering from recognized university/Institution.
Experience : Minimum 15 years (in one million ton capacity cement plant).
Age Limit :
General Manager : Maximum 50 years.
Manager : Maximum 45 years.
Pay Scale :
General Manager : Rs.1,23,400
Manager : Rs. 61,900
Selection Procedure : Candidates will be selected based on the Interview, Document Verification Conducted By the selection Committee.
