Candidates Should be Completed CA or ICWA or MBA Finance from The Recognized University Or Institution

Experience:
- Experience in Finance and Accounts in Mining and Power (Thermal & Renewable) and expert knowledge in Treasury management.
- Sound knowledge in SEBI (LODR) and its compliances and reporting to different concerned.
- Dealing with Rating Agencies, Bankers, Financial Institutions etc.
- Dealing with Project Financing Agreements, creation of land mortgages with Bankers, charge creation of asset etc. Experience in handling short-term and long-term Borrowings like commercial papers, Bonds, Bank loans etc.
Age Limit : Maximum 64 Years
