Eligibility Criteria For KSRTC Recruitment 2022 :
Educational Qualification :
Assistant General Manager (Finance) & Company Secretary : Candidates Should be Completed CA/ICWA/CFA with Associate Member of
the Institute of Company Secretaries of India From The Recognized University Or Institution.
Experience : 10 years of experience in a large manufacturing organization.
Executive Assistant (EA) to Chairman and Managing Director :
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university acquired through regular study
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
- Proficient in drafting in English and Malayalam / Good communication skills.
- Person should be willing to work beyond office hours and should have excellent coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Government procedures will be an added advantage.
Experience : At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role in a professionally managed organization.
Age Limit :
Assistant General Manager (Finance) & Company Secretary: Maximum 50 Years.
Executive Assistant (EA) to Chairman and Managing Director : Maximum 40 years.
Pay Scale :
Assistant General Manager (Finance) & Company Secretary: Rs.75,000/-
Executive Assistant (EA) to Chairman and Managing Director : Rs.20,000 – Rs.30,000/-
Selection Procedure : Candidates will be selected based on the Written Exam, Personal Interview, Document Verification Conducted By the selection Committee.
