Eligibility Criteria For BEL Recruitment 2023 :
Educational Qualification :
Deputy Manager : Candidates Should be Completed B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) – First Class from recognized University or Institutions. Minimum relevant post qualification Experience as on 01.04.2023: 8 to 9 Years
Experience : At least five years hands on practical experience in the field of execution of large Civil Projects or so covering various aspects of building construction technology and other related fields.
Manager : Candidates Should be Completed B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) – First Class from recognized University or Institutions. Minimum relevant post qualification Experience as on 01.04.2023: 12 to 14 Years.
Experience : At least five years hands on practical experience in the field of execution of large Civil Projects or so covering various aspects of building construction technology and other related fields.
Age Limit :
Deputy Manager : Minimum 18 years to Maximum 39 Years.
Manager : Minimum 18 Years to Maximum 43 Years. Age Relaxation is given by govt rules.
Pay Scale :
Deputy Manager : Rs. 60,000 – 3% – 1,80,000*
Manager : Rs. 70,000 – 3% – 2,00,000*
Selection Procedure : Candidates will be selected based on the Interview , Document Verification Conducted By the selection Committee.
