Skills Required:
- Annual Planning of Income / Expenditure / Turnover ( Budgeting )
- Finalization ( Preparation of Balance sheet, Profit & Loss A/C, Cash Flow Statement, CARO) , working with Auditor and ensuring all audit queries being satisfied
- Preparation CMA data and submit to bank for Bank OD
- Yearly Renewals / Review process, Quarterly, Monthly MIS review with Bank for OD / CC Limits
- Planning & implementation of apt accounting & documentation process
- Verification / Authorization of Accounting Entries done by subordinates
- Portfolio Management of Mutual Funds , Shares & Other Investments
- Producing Monthly Financial Reports to Management
- Reconciliation of Various Ledgers and confirmation of ledgers with Vendors
- Scrutinizing accounts on period basis with relation to
- Accounts Receivable / Payable
- Duties & Taxes
- Investments, Deposits & Bank Guarantees
- Secured / Unsecured Loans & Advances
- Inter Company Reconciliation between Subsidiary & Holding Companies
- Verification of Banking work / Daily / Monthly verification of Bank Reconciliation
- Ensuring smooth filing system & proper documentation maintained in Accounts Department
- Any other work in accounts and finance given from time to time.
Experience: Min 3 – 8 Years

Pay Scale: Rs 35,000 Per Month
