- Ensure all monthly, quarterly, yearly targets are achieved by each Team Member
- Ensure highest level of service delivery including data accuracy, KPI`s i.e. quality of all deliverables and ensuring adequate coverage for client activities during the transition
- Managing the relation with key US BSO stakeholders and its satisfaction
- Supporting and helping to implement projects for Hyderabad BSO Team in terms of Lease Administration and AR/AP activities including data improvements, validation projects, reporting improvements, technology solutions improvements
- Generate & compile performance reports on the regular basis
- Delivery of trainings & presentations
- Being an escalation point and ensure that all SLA`s are met.
