Job Description: We are hiring for Data Entry Operator in Sigma Constructions at Hyderabad. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Organizing the data and paperwork. Maintaining a systematic drive structure.
- Download all the vendor invoices and maintain accounts payable register.
- Make payments to vendors online.
- Maintain and record daily credit card/bank activity and classify as per the job name and class.
- Input all the data into database. Data provided will be vast in form of scanned documents.
- Maintain timesheet in excel for the crew on site.
- Assist senior accountant in daily today work.
- Hands on excel and have essential data entry skills.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software, QuickBooks or similar and database.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
- Ability to multitask.
Experience: Min 4 to 7 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 25,000 Per Month
