- This role is responsible for managing a software implementation from development to release, assessing the customer requirements, and defining requirements through coordination with internal teams, as well as soliciting and implementing internal and external client feedback.
- Writes product specifications/user stories working with clients and other analysts and product managers and works with limited supervision.
- Ability to support clients and IS projects as well as product managers on a set of features or solutions.
- Manage a software implementation from development through release to the client
- Focus on assessing client needs and feature functionality and implementing those requirements by working directly with engineering to define and develop the product.
