- Work with Clients 3rd party onsite technicians to help troubleshoot installation of new or repaired hardware
- Partnership with customer staff or L1 support partners for limited on-site troubleshooting
- Case handling, updating notes
- Assessing and submitting orders for parts needed for repairs based on photos, case notes, stakeholder input
- Answering and communicating with Customer via phone and email
Experience: Min 0 to 1 Year, Fresher’s can apply.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned.
Pay Scale: Rs 12,000 Per Month.
