- Demonstrable experience of building and delivering HR programs from the ground up in a growing organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to break down complex concepts and clearly explain them internally and externally. Effectively address large and diverse audiences and deliver presentations.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment – the ability to deal with ambiguity and to adapt easily to rapidly changing business conditions
- Self-starter, able to work independently, and takes ownership of problems.
- Good to have sound Financial know-how and capability to take decisions with financial facts and figures
- Strategic vision ability to see where the business is headed and develop programs proactively
