Skills Required:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical /Equivalent
- Degree Holders: Should have Minimum 05 years of relevant working Experience.
- Diploma Holders: Should have Minimum 08 years of relevant working Experience.
- Specialized Experience in VHT system and having knowledge on HVAC, PBB, BHS & FFS
- Maintaining spares & minimum inventory
- knowledge on airport operations and core processes
- Execution of maintenance activities as per maintenance schedule & maintaining of maintenance records.
- Ability to obtain work permits from concerned authority with BIAL, inspection of site before releasing to maintenance activity, ensure safety of machine & man power, ensure right tools for maintenance, and carry out maintenance activity & closing of work permits after completion of maintenance activity.
- Experience in maintaining consumables, tools & plants.
- Good human relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively with manifold internal and external interfaces
- Stress resistant, ability to remain calm and to retain the overview in crisis situations
- Commitment towards high quality, sense for improvement and optimization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; fluent in English (oral and written)
- Excellent motivation and team building skills & Good Team player
