Job Description: We are hiring for Team Leader/Manager – Purchase in Vertex Corporate Services at Chennai. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Responsible for overall Purchasing activities of the Plant which mainly includes identification and implementation of cost saving projects, maintenance of purchased material cost at economical levels, ensuring on time availability of all materials & energy fuels, effective deployment of Purchasing E Tools and implement world class purchasing practices
- Responsible for contracting of Unit managed purchases for Raw Materials /ENERGY/MRO/CAPEX/ Project Purchases/ SERVICES/EXIM in accordance with laid down procedures / principles / Budget
- Preparing annual Budget / Goals for the Plant – Purchase in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Monitoring of monthly RM sourcing & inventory planning to ensure the availability of materials on day to day basis
- Strategize and implement RM procurement strategies in coordination with the RM team.
- Ensuring working capital and inventory at optimum levels
- Responsible purchasing Actions WRT CSR assessment, Vendors audits, improvement of vendors on
Experience: Min 15 to 20 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs 15,000 Per Month
