Skills Required:
- Should be able to communicate with Business Owners and understand requirement.
- Should have experience in gathering requirements and documenting using appropriate tools.
- Coordinate with key users to understand business requirements and provide timely resolution
- Facilitate development and testing of new enhancements/rules/reports especially in Time and attendance module.
- Enhance current system landscape with automated/innovative solutions. Demonstrate abilities and leading functional changes and work closely with Business owners and technical Leads for implementation
- Communicating with the users in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks
- Contribute to internal strategies and to enhance business operations
- Strong knowledge of Time and Attendance module implementation in HRMS system implementation.
Experience: Min 2 to 7 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 20, 000 Per Month
