Job Description: We are hiring for Voice Engineer in Staunch Info Solutions Pvt Ltd at Chennai. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience
- Hands on experience in installing and maintaining Voice Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Voice system eco system products like call recorder, IVR systems
- Perform regular releases & patches on the Production environment
- Manage and support CUCM and CUBE deployments
- Collaborate with network engineering and other telecom engineers in integration activities involving telephony or call center
- Administer voice-related technologies including voicemail, CDR and call center
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams/Skype for business will be added advantage
- Excellent Communication Skill
Experience: Min 2 to 4 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 20,000 Per Month
