Skills Required:
- Building Quality Culture within the Ecosystem with the ODC Bangalore “
- Ensure all applicable policies, processes, procedures, plans and standards are being followed; Plan for Process Improvement in all aspects (CR Implementations etc)”
- Development, modification and updating of a QMS Compliant such as Templates, Guidelines, Procedures etc
- Conducting Scheduled Audits for projects and service functions such as Admin, IT, HR, Recruitment and Engineering Projects. IQA (Internal Quality Audit)
- Follow-up on Audits Outcomes, track for the closure of NCs wherever needed, follow up on CSS feedback and action for improvement
- Facilitation on the need of Project Requirements to the project teams – Based on Request “
- Conducting Training for Process Implementers based on the requirements Induction Program on QMS, PAs related to CMMI L3, L4 and L5

Pay Scale: Rs.35,000 Per Month.
