Job Description: A Call Center Representative takes inbound and makes outbound calls with customers. Their duties include responding to questions and concerns about products or services their company offers.
Skills Required:
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills.
- Graduates from 2019 to 2021 are eligible.
- Should be flexible for US Shifts.
- 1 month to 1 year of experience in customer support is a plus.
