Job Description: A Construction Manager is a professional who oversees the building of residential, commercial, and industrial structures. They may work in conjunction with other managers, focusing on specific elements or aspects within each project while being a part of all phases, including planning onset until completion.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, etc.
- 10 – 15 years of experience in real estate, project management, building construction, interior turnkey fit-out, etc.
- Project Management Professional certification degree required Collaboration and coordination across teams
- Time management
- Problem solver
- Experience in working and driving cross functional teams
- should have worked in fast paced organizations.
Experience: Min 10 to 20 Years.
