Skills Required:
- Required Skill Competent in Accounting activities and co-ordination
- CAPEX and OPEX budget details preparation and managing the consumption, deviation, and other details
- Preparation of SES, PR, Reservation, Gate pass and other SAP related activities
- Bill clearance for non-PO vendors/ service providers and documentation
- Co-ordination with Purchase, Finance and HR for process of PR, payment request
- Co-ordination with Vendor for payment and ensure compliance related to payment
- Ensure timely bill clearance and payment to vendors
- Manage and maintain AMC, Warranty and billing related data for all IT activities and preparation of report on monthly basis.
Experience: Min 2 to 5 Years.
