Job Description: We are looking forward to the Manager in Anetica Consulting Private Limited at Mumbai.Purchase – Trading of Imported Food Products ( Dairy , Meats , Seafood , Poultry and Breads Looking after Purchase function( raising repeat indents , inventory planning , processing of payments , management of DNs and CNs , costing , tracking GP and NP at sku , brand and supplier level etc ) Interaction with vendors for resolving issues. Review new products introduced by suppliers from perspective of import compliance , commercial viability and synergies with companies long business plan
Skills Required:
- Minimum 10 -15 years of relevant experience in Purchase – Trading of Imported Food Products (preferably trading of finished goods)
- Market understanding of new trends, Partners/ Vendor relationship, problem solving, process optimization at commercial level and knowledge of scale up.
- Strong team player and interact with cross functions.
- Management inventory function to curtail inventory-holding expenses , plan inventories as per sales projection , seasonality , market dynamics etc
- Work on consolidation of international orders so as to optimize cost and container space utilization
- Track Target Vs Actual Sales at SKU , Brand and Vendor level .
- Cash Flow Management for purchase and NPD function
- Other key activities lined to SCM processes
- Identification of New Suppliers for developing new Products and New Categories for Import Trading
- Maintaining Annual International & Local fairs Calendar
- Work closely with sales for tracking market developments , completion analysis and take corrective actions where needed
Experience: Min 9 to 12 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs 1,15,000 Per Month
