Job Description: We are looking forward to becoming a Director in 24*7 Intouch at Hyderabad/Secunderabad. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. We have an urgent opening for experience. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Lead the demand generation pipeline by targeting high growth companies through awareness to consideration campaigns in various channels (i.e. digital advertising, email, event, conferences etc)
- Develop and manage yearly and ongoing demand generation strategies, targeting specific industries and prospects, through content strategies and acquisition channels (i.e. types and platforms such as Linkedin, Google, Adroll and Demand base)
- Develop campaign strategies from concept (list targets, behavioral targets) to execution, optimization (i.e AB testing) and performance management (ROI, cost per acquisition, MQL counts)
- Leverage data from multiple sources (i.e. Marketing tools: Salesforce and Hubspot platforms, Operational performance, etc) to uncover insights, inform new strategies, optimize campaign performance and recommend new channels and new technologies as required
- Manage and distribute the demand generation performance dashboard highlighting status, next steps and future outlook and optimizations
- Create and monitor project timelines, people, and quality; to meet and exceed deadlines and deliverables of multiple projects simultaneously
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive success
- Work closely with Branding & Communications to develop content, asset creation and website optimization.
- Assist the Product and Brand team in developing new products, services and solutions
- Collaborate with the Growth team to transition MQL through the balance of the pipeline
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing or relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, B2B marketing and/or account-based marketing
- Copywriting experience is considered an asset
- Proven track record of launching and optimizing targeted digital advertising campaigns
- General knowledge and understanding of BPO and/or Saas is an asset
- Experience working in Hubspot or an equivalent marketing automation platform
- Critical thinker who can manage new strategies from concept to execution to optimization and can challenge status quo
- Strong analytical skills to collect data from multiple sources, drive insights and make recommendations (i.e. on pipeline targets, content strategy, channel mix)
- Strong management skills in prioritizing key initiatives
- Collaborator and team player who can work with cross-functional and matrix environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
