Job Description: We are hiring Assistant Manager HRD for Emerald Haven Realty at Chennai. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our Hospital. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Attendance and Leave management
- Provide payroll inputs such as attendance summary, leave summary, other deductions to payroll employee wise in specified format for processing payroll.
- Maintain the complete database of all employees in payroll in specified excel sheet / HRMS Software and update them regularly with any changes
- Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, PF related documents.
- Coordinate and manage a wide range of employee engagement activities on regular basis
- Should have worked in HR Tools ( eg Success factor , Workline , )
- Should manage Hire to Retire .
- Experience in Managing employee Appraisal .
- Should have been handling PMS
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 42,000 Per Month
