Educational Qualification : Should be completed Any Degree From the recognized institution or university.
Skill Required :
Online knowledge is required.
Minimum 02 Years Experience in Relevant Field.
Preferably with sufficient and relevant training on fundamental call center metrics management.
Must possess a high-level of achievement orientation, analytical and creative thinking, problem-solving skills.
MS Excel, MS Access (or other database software) and Business Objects preferred
Excellent Communication Skills in English.

Able to complete a Go-Live by implementing a campaign in iCoach, provide user support and join in new functionalities or bug fixes testing.
Age Limit : Minimum 30 Years to 40 Years
Pay Scale : PHP 29,000
