Skills Required:
- Handling end to end recruitment
- Sourcing candidates through various Job Portals
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and video -interviews .
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Salary Negotiation
- Preparing Offer Letter , Experience Letter and company HR policies etc
- Guide with training and development
- Help maintaining company culture
- Maintain a well-organized, daily and long range electronic calendar for the Executive Director, including external and internal meetings, speaking engagements, agendas, etc
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives calendars and set up meetings
- Take minutes during meetings
- Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Coordinate video/audio conference calls, regular management team calls and all-staff calls
Experience: Min 2 to 3 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 27,000 Per Month.
