Eligibility Criteria For Payroll Assistant :
Educational Qualification : Should be completed Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, Business, Commerce, or other similar fields From the recognized institution or university.
Skill Required :
Minimum 03 – 05 Years Experience in Relevant Field.
Experience in Australian Bookkeeping.
Familiarity with payroll software like Gusto, Dayforce HCM, and OnPay
Excellent mathematical and accounting skills
Good Communication Skills in English.
Job Description :
Collecting and analyzing the accuracy of employee timesheets
Entering and updating payroll data in the software.
Calculating employee salaries considering overtime hours and deductions.
Preparing and distributing hard copy or electronic paychecks.
Addressing queries about payroll-related issues.
Age Limit : Minimum 20 Years to 40 Years
Pay Scale : PHP.19000
