Job Description: We are hiring for Sr. Ex/AM – Human Resource for GIG International School (CIA Group) at Bangalore.We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- End to End Life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to on boarding of candidates.
- Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, Database, references etc.
- Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements based on Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
- Build & sustain the network of potential candidates.
- Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
- Manage and process HR transactions (including on boarding, new hires, job and personal data changes, organizational changes, terminations, employee verification, and background check process), and administer routine functional HR work.
- Responsible for ensuring the integrity of employee master data entered in the HRMS portal.
Experience: Min 2 to 7 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs 50,000 Per Month
