Job Description:
We are looking forward to a Sales Coordinator in Tata Coffee at Bangalore. We need an energetic employee to develop our company.
Skills Required:
Provide sales support to Key Account Managers end-to-end order management on system, customer data and preferences, liaison with plants and production planning team
Ensure on-time execution of orders and resolutions by coordinating with department leads and maintain an open channel of communication with customers
Regular follow-ups with customers on requirements, shipment specifications, documentation, and payments
Coordinate sample requests with Quality team at the plants gather feedback from customers
Generate sales reports by customers, region, product, and others. Assist in reviews and forecasts
Working knowledge of SAP for order management is a pre-requisite. Familiarity with CRM systems for lead generation and account management would be beneficial
Must be able to work independently and have a strong focus on outcome and to deliver results
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Experience: Min 4 to 8 Years.
