Skills Required:
- Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill
- Get involved in complete recruitment cycle – from sourcing to Onboarding.
- Monitor feedback and track submissions and interviews to increase productivity using VMS tools
- Monitor prioritize, assign and submission on day to day requirements by Sr. recruiters and Team Leads and workflow. Weekly reporting of teams performance to management
- Manage data and report on teams statistics for submittals, interviews and hire rates resulting in improved time to hire and closure rates.
- Extensive Client co-ordination and build relation with all managers to understand their requirements and to deliver in quick TAT.
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with vendors / candidates at all levels.
- Require multi-task and function in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong recruitment delivery and leadership skills. A motivator and a team player.
- Good knowledge of various MIS systems, procedures and processes. Thorough knowledge of various VMS and related MIS tools.
Experience: Min 3 to 4 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned.
Pay Scale: Rs. 20,000 Per Month.
