Skills Required:
- Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments
- Experience leading and managing SEM,Paid Media,PPC SMM,Amazon,PLA,and / or display ad campaigns
- Experience in setting up and optimizing ad campaigns on Google,Bing,Facebook,Amazon,etc.
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for clients.
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels.
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Research and forecast future sales and performance trends.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Utility to evaluate campaigns across multiple platforms and take strategic decisions
- Understand client briefs and effectively convey the same to the team.
- Lead, supervise, train, and motivate members of the digital marketing team.
- Work closely with the team to identify their needs and challenges and provide solutions-oriented ideas
- Liaise with clients on a regular basis through calls and emails Minimum 2 years of Performance marketing experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
