Skills Required:
- Responsible for achievement of business targets of the division pertaining to manufacturing functions
- To formulate manufacturing strategies to meet long-term goals and evolve annual plans to achieve the targets
- Establish benchmarking Manufacturing process (Lean, TOC, Six Sigma) and create SOPs and systems aligned with organization objectives
- Onus towards the profitability of operations & accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives
- To plan, organize, direct and control the manufacturing activities of the division to satisfy market demands
- Identify and introduce the latest and proven manufacturing processes in the organization
- Ensure top-quality manufacturing and assembly and meet customers’ expectations in a cost-effective manner
- Ensure effective and efficient planning activities for smooth operations and effective utilization of CAPEX, outsourcing, and other support tasks
- Drive and guide Industrial Engineering functions for on-time availability of facilities for manufacturing
- Establish a long-term plan on Automation/IIOT/Industry 4.0
- Responsible for TPM activities of the division and ensuring OEE
- Support New Product Development Manufacturing
- Responsible for overall total employee involvement across the division
- To ensure systems and procedures in accordance with QMS (Quality Management System) & EOHS (Environment, Occupational Health and Safety) requirement
