Job Description: We are looking forward to becoming a Content Moderator in Pianosa Private Limited at Bangalore, Mumbai. We need to hire an enthusiastic employee for our company.Clear, consistent, and transparent communication with the internal team and all stakeholders.Ability to handle challenging client requests while being able to resolve escalation if and when needed
Skills Required:
- Review the content assigned to you and check for any errors in the content
- Ensure that the content sent for further evaluations is in line with brand guidelines and free of any errors
- Check for consistency in content that is under moderation and make changes if necessary
- Be flexible and adaptable to any/all content moderation changes that may come from clients at the last minute
- Excellent Time Management Skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Report metrics to the senior team and suggest improvements for any/all processes to improve efficiency
- Strict adherence to project deliverables and deadlines across various projects
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Data Reporting: Have intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel
- Core Knowledge: Content Moderation, Moderate high volumes of content
- Misc.: Time Management, a keen eye for detail, internal communication with the team, flexibility and adaptability, etc.
Experience: Min 0 to 5 Years. Freshers can apply.
Pay Scale: Rs 35,000 Per Month
