Skills Required:
- Must have significant relevant experience in identifying, qualifying and selling substantial talent solutions, preferably enterprise wide RPO/Executive/Senior
- Hire solutions, to prospective client companies
- Overall experience should be 15+ years and at least 5-7 years in business development
- Experience and credibility in the HR and Talent Acquisition space
- Must have developed specific expertise demonstrated through networking, participation in sector associations/functions and relevant trade press and development of specific talent pools
- Evidence of implementing a Strategic Business Development Plan and execute strategy towards success
- Strong operational team management and team development expertise
- Experience of leading a team who successfully delivery on client recruitment projects
- Effective client management/relationship-building
- Fluent English is required.
- Willingness to travel.
Experience: Min 15 to 24 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs.40,000 Per Month.
