Skills Required:
- Welcoming, assisting, and directing handlers and owners appropriately. Ensuring that clients are not made to wait for longer periods of time.
- Answering all phone calls and encouraging callers to schedule an appointment.
- All consultations are classified as either complete or ongoing, in the case of the latter must ensure that a follow-up appointment has been booked with the appropriate vet.
- Looking at the types of appointments and scheduling the time slot accordingly.
- Ensuring that doctors receive the relevant messages.
- Maintaining a missed call log and following up on the next appointments.
- Maintaining a call history of all calls received.
- Placing confirmation calls to the clients one day prior to the appointment date.
Experience: Min 5 to 7 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 30,000 Per Month
