Skills Required:
- Provide input to project workplans that allow for an iterative prototype/development approach
- Facilitate LP&D team project kick-off meeting with client to build understanding of the client and project
- Confirm client subject matter expert agreement to detailed schedule and involvement throughout the process, and setting expectations for the remainder of the effort
- Identify detailed learning objectives for each component based on business drivers and performance goals
- Create low-fidelity prototypes to get early stakeholder and user feedback to refine design solutions
- Facilitate content gathering from Subject Matter Experts to develop components and create prototypes
- Oversee Instructional Designers and the development of learning components to support the learning design specifications
- May be required to provide limited hands-on development of learning components, depending on the scope and size of the learning experience.
