We have an efficient and effective system that includes business development and strong operations/backend support to monitor projects and services.
Skills Required:
- Must have connections with 15-20 contractors, companies in building materials industry or in interiors industry.
- Plans and implements appraisals effectively across all direct reports and their teams
- Continuously monitors activity bearing in mind the original objective and develops contingency plans
- Identifies problems and their causes and takes action to solve them
- Can run large scale projects – creating and running an effective project team
- Is fully aware of the business plan and offers suggestions on how key objectives can be achieved
- Is effective in building and developing teams
- When making decisions that impact others, will canvass opinion of key stakeholders
- Knows the market place and its customers, seeing and responding quickly to opportunities
- Develops and maintains a network of both external contacts and colleagues to help identify growth opportunities
- Identify new opportunities to sell our expanding assortment to local, national and global customers
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong hold of MS Office – Powerpoint, Word, Excel
Experience: Min 3 to 6 years
