Skills Required:
Training of candidates in German Language up to B1 or B2 level
Prepare lesson plans and other documents required for training
Understand the unique learning needs of each candidate, and work with candidates who need more attention in learning German
Assessments of candidates: You will assess the German language skills of prospective candidates who apply to us and those who are enrolled in our German language training;
Conduct assessment of our German candidates, who are learning at our partner training centers and provide necessary support
Conduct weekly and monthly assessments and document students progress; plan and implement remedial action for weaker students
Conduct mock-tests after each level and do remedial classes
Use multimedia and innovative tools in class
Others: Being a start-up, there will be many other areas of work; the associate is expected to work collaboratively with the team on identified business needs.
Minimum of C1 level in German (Goethe Certified), or Masters in German with 1-2 years of experience; freshers with C1 level and exceptionally great teaching instincts may be considered
Must have previous experience in teaching/training candidates for Goethe B1/B2 examination.
