Skills Required:
- Monitor Network devices on monitoring tool Solar winds for high CPU, Memory Utilization, High bandwidth Utilization on interface, Monitor the P1, P2, P3, P4 tickets on Ticketing Tool ServiceNow.
- Respond and Troubleshoot Tickets within SLA, Perform IOS upgradation on Cisco Switches 2960, 3750, Cisco Router: 3800, 2811. Preparing CRF for changes like IOS upgrade and Configuration change.
- Create change tickets using Ticketing Tool.
- Troubleshoot WAN Link flapping issues, Creating trouble tickets on ISP portal for link issues like latency, packet loss issues
Experience: Min 1 to 6 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 35,000 Per Month ( Based On Interview).
