Job Description: We are hiring for Sap Hcm Us Payroll Consultant in Alight Cargo Packers & Movers at Mumbai. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design and configuration of SAP US Payroll.
- Must have 2-3 full life cycle implementations for SAP/EC US Payroll.
- Should have worked as an SME for US payroll.
- Experience in – SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll, Tax Reporter configuration,
- Experience with BSI tax factory, third party remittance, Payroll catalog definition including but not limited to collective bargaining agreement wage type definition and configuration,
- Off-cycle payroll definition and processing, Levy management, Garnishments definition, reporting and management, Integration with Benefits, Integration with SAP FI and with Third party FI, Detailed knowledge and understanding of integration with Time Management.
- Experience in SAP Benefits configuration
- Experience in SAP Time Module.
Experience: Min 9 to 14 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned.
Pay Scale: Rs 35,000 Per Month
