- Selling Electrical/Electronic Product Testing services to prospective customers
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with demand, Changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure sales.
- Reach out to customers through, Visits, emails, cold calling, etc.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within the schedule time.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the market potential/sales etc.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
