Skills Required:
- Collaborate with management to formulate key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the overall development of the annual Hoshin (A3) thereby enabling a robust performance measuring mechanism to monitor the achievement of departmental objectives .
- Monitor and analyze KPIs on a weekly basis and periodically present achievement of objectives to the Director during departmental performance reviews
- Diligently maintain Directors daily business calendar and effectively coordinate and schedule business meetings as per required to ensure the optimization of the Directors work routine
Experience: Min 1 to 5 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned.
Pay Scale: Rs.45,000 per Month.
