Education Qualification: Any Degree (Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Engineering).
Job Description: The Embedded Software Engineer is responsible for all assigned development tasks, understanding of basic programming principles and architectures. This position reports to an Engineering Manager within a designated department.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer field (Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Engineering) preferred; or the equivalent years of relevant work experience required
- 2+ years of experience in software development
- Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft tools and technologies is required
- C#, [website], HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MVC, Visual Studio, TFS and Azure
- Experience in listed Web Technologies is preferred
- Web Service, Web API, OAUTH, SAML, JSON, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, REACT, NuGet etc.
- Working collaboratively with team members in agile/waterfall development environment with continuous integration and continuous delivery mindset
- Understands test driven development
- Basic knowledge in Structured Query Language (SQL) required
