- Knowledge of all HR related Compliance Documentation (like contracts, staff files, agreements)
- Knowledge of IATF
- Knowledge of 5S
- Worked in foundry/forging/metals ind.
- Complete knowledge of manpower arrangement / labour arrangement & handling
- Understanding of all HR Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Manpower procurement for foundry industry/ Compliances / ESI/PF/Labour Law
Experience: Min 5 to 10 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 35,000 Per Month.
