Job Description: We are hiring Assistant Manager-Human Resource for Mitsubishi Electric India at Sanand , Ahmadabad. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our Hospital. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Handle customer’s audit, IATF, EMS,ISO and complaints, Recruitment and selection of staff, new employee orientation, draft and issue joining letters, Policy development and documentation, payroll management.
- Administration, invoice tracking Leave management process – Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries and provide necessary clarifications to employee queries.
- To handle all statutory compliances with regards to HR (ESI, PF etc) and ensure completeness and accuracy of required documents and monitor compliance to requirements.
- Manages the complete employee lifecycle in terms of data updates, HRMS, policies, tracking and reporting.
- Responsible for areas of Recruiting, Employee Relations, Benefits, Events, Workers Compensation and other employee-related tasks.

Pay Scale: Rs 30000 Per Month.
