Education Qualification: Any Graduate.
Job Description: We are looking for an Assistant Manager – IT (Network Support Group) to maintain a reliable, secure and efficient data communications network. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment/ softwares / servers in order to ensure smooth operation.
Skills Required:
- Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate and regional networks and in house servers
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
- Keep an eye out for needed updates
- Support and administer third-party applications
- Ensure network security and connectivity
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
- Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Resolve problems reported by end user
- Define network policies and procedures
- Specify system requirements and design solutions
- Research and make recommendations on server system administration / Manager / Head
- To install, Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure and new software
- Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)
- Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet, and installing antivirus protection
- Fixing network faults
- Network maintenance
- Technical support for people using the network
- Training staff on new systems
- Day to day admin and monitoring of network use
- Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems
- Making sure all IT meets industry standards
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Experience: Min 7 to 12 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs 50,000 Per Month.
