Eligibility Criteria For KAPL Recruitment 2023 :
Educational Qualification :
Professional Service Representatives (PSR) : Candidates Should be Completed graduate in Pharmacy/ Science/ Commerce/ Arts and should have a minimum of one year of experience in selling Veterinary/Agro Products in any Veterinary/Agro company.
Area Manager (AM) : Candidates Should be Completed Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Commerce/Arts and post-graduation/MBA in marketing will be an added advantage with a minimum of three years of experience as a front line Manager, in selling the Agro and Veterinary products.
Regional Sales Manager : Candidates Should be Completed Graduate of Pharmacy/ Science / Commerce with a minimum of two years experience as a Second line Manager and overall 10 years experience in Agro and Veterinary companies and will be responsible for achieving the sales target of his region by motivating and developing a team of Area Managers and Agrovet Service Representatives.
Age Limit :
Professional Service Representatives (PSR): Maximum 28 Years.
Area Manager (AM) : Maximum 35 Years.
Regional Sales Manager : Maximum 40 Years
Pay Scale :
Professional Service Representatives (PSR): Rs. 26,000/-
Area Manager (AM) – Rs. 45,000/-
Regional Sales Manager – Rs. 65,000/-
Selection Procedure : Candidates will be selected based on the Written Exam, Interview , Document Verification Conducted By the selection Committee.
