Eligibility Criteria For EIL Recruitment 2022 :
Educational Qualification :
Senior Manager : Candidate Should completed Degree in Engineering with MBA (except obtained through correspondence course) with specialization in Marketing having minimum 65% marks from a recognized Institution or University.
Experience : Minimum 11 years’ experience in
- Sales and Marketing experience in overseas projects undertaken with funding support from institutions like EXIM banks, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, European/Japanese Banks and other financing institutions.
- International sales and marketing experience in Africa/CIS/South East Asia regions.
Manager : Candidate Should completed Degree in Engineering with MBA (except obtained through correspondence course) with specialization in Marketing having minimum 65% marks from a recognized Institution or University.
Experience : Minimum 07 years’ sales and marketing experience for industrial projects in Railways/Defence/ Power/Metallurgy sectors in India
Age Limit :
Senior Manager : Maximum 40 Years.
Manger : Maximum 36 Years
Pay Scale :
Senior Manager : Rs. 90,000 – Rs. 240000
Manager : Rs. 80,000 – Rs.220000
Selection Procedure : Candidates will be selected based on the Interview ,Document Verification Conducted By the selection Committee.
