Job Description: We are hiring for US Payroll Specialist in GSK Solutions India at Hyderabad. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Performing daily Payroll department operations which includes collection & calculation of Employee Timesheets and assisting in submission of Payroll.
- Creating Invoices in QuickBooks for the Payroll process.
- Updating and Maintaining Payroll Operations by following policies and procedures, with required changes.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Maintaining Employee Data & Files for all New Hires, Terminated and Resigned Employees.
- Updating the Employees via email announcements about any changes or Updates in Employees portfolio, Holidays or Office policy .
- Managing Attendance records ensuring compliance to company policies. Keeping track of petty cash & Office stationery record.
- Assisting Other Human Resource and Payroll activities as and when required.
Experience: Min 2 to 6 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 40,000 Per Month
