Skills Required:
- Following Knowledge base / Run book for administrative operations, service requests
- Perform configurations changes, fixing data issues, perform code fixes / change requests / enhancements as required
- Adherence to Service Level Agreement
- Escalate un-resolved issues to Dev Team if the issue is not resolved within the stipulated time defined in the existing process.
- Perform RCA for un-common / critical issues in coordination with Development Teams.
- Update the Knowledge base with RCA findings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and globally to achieve successful outcomes
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented with superior work ethic
Experience: Min 2 to 4 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs 50,000 Per Month
